We ship worldwide from Australia.

Where we ship

WRAAP Collectibles ships internationally to most countries.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

  • Australia: 2-8 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

Duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, email wraapcollectibles@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only change addresses before an order ships.

Failed delivery or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we can reship at the buyer’s expense or refund the item price minus shipping.

Lost, delayed, or missing items

If your parcel is severely delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us at wraapcollectibles@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label so we can help.
